Now a days people can sue for anything. For and example suing a pair of pants for 65 million dollars! Whoa… that’s a lot for a pant. People sometime can get carry away and do things like this. What kind of society would we be if we sue for every little problems there is?
65 million dollars is a lot of money. Can a pant be worth that much? When suing for reason item makes people nervous. If this case ever won we’ll probably will see more of this kind of suing. Do these people who sue use their thinking before doing something like this.
Another example of nonsense suing is the McDonald case. Suing some big business because their food made you fat is not really good reason. First of all, fast food is bad. Fast food do have a fault because of all their commercial ads but we should all know better. Sometime we cannot resist it and that is your fault.
Everyday there will always be a news story about someone suing over the silliest thing ever. I’m not saying that suing is bad, it just that when you sue for damage, it should at least be reasonable cause. If we all can sue for anything then life would hard. You’ll always be afraid to step outside your door because you’ll never know when someone going to sue you.
