On Thinking

According to Hannah Arendt “The manifestation of the wind of thought is not knowledge; it is the ability to tell right from wrong, beautiful from ugly. And this, at the rare moments when the stakes are on the table, may indeed prevent catastrophes, at least for the self.” In my opinion I agree with her quote.
This quote describes how one can prevent bad things happening to themselves by thinking, which triggers their ability to tell them, what is right from wrong. When it comes to thinking, everyone say duh it’s easy. Thinking is a very important component to our society. It is what makes us function, without out thinking we would have been still stuck in the cave man time. Thinking pretty much comes naturally but there is a catch. Can you think to see if it’s right from wrong before acting upon an action?
I believe that everyone has not think before acting upon an action. Many of us don’t see what consequences lies ahead and we just rush into judgments. If everyone in the world can think before doing anything it’ll be perfect. But were not perfect that’s why it makes us unique. Even though we all think in different ways, we still all will applied what we think, which makes us the same in many ways.
The most important to think of thinking is that we will learn from our mistake. Learning from our mistake can hopefully help us in the future. It’ll give us more to think of the consequences that lie ahead. By thinking and telling what is right from wrong this will prevent one from getting into trouble.
